Dr. Mihir Panda passed away today
Dr. Mihir Panda had cardiac problems and had undergone multi-vessel bypass surgery. A handsome and smiling personality, Dr. Mihir exuded joviality and cheerfulness in all types of gatherings. Passed away too prematurely at the age of 58 only when he was heading the Department of Anaesthesiology in VSS Medical College, Burla. May God help the bereaved family to bear the loss and may his soul rest in peace.

Mihir was my class mate at V S S Medical College. It reminds me of our association in those college days. He was a very sincere person and a wonderful friend. May his soul rest in peace. I convey my deep condolence to Shobha and children. Samir Chakraverty
